General

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 30 days of noticing any defects.

It does not cover damage, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

While having a DOT Rating can provide more piece of mind, it is typically not required in any RV or campervan.

Ensuring a strong installation and proper reinforcement is however vitally important!

We would never sell a product we wouldn't use ourselves.

YES - However, we do require a scheduled visit. Send us an email to Sales@AlpineVanWorks if you would like to swing by and view any of our products or to chat about install center needs.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all our products with the EXCLUSION of the products found under Seating & Sleeping and our Interior Panel Kits.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe. Our website isn't able to calculate the increased shipping, taxes and duties, though, so please email us to inquire about costs.

Please include your shipping address and specific items of interest in order for us to provide a quote!

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

We inspect all of our products before they leave the warehouse, if there is damage that occurs during shipping, we need you to contact us immediately. That way we can submit a claim with the carrier.

Please send photos of the damaged product along with the packaging in which the product arrived.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full refunds on items NOT YET SHIPPED.

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. All items are FINAL SALE.
