Refund policy

Accessories have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@alpinevanworks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to move forward with the return.  Shipping costs for all items weighing over 50 lbs will be covered by the customer.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If your order arrived containing damaged products, please send us an email to sales@alpinevanworks.com with photos of the damage to the packaging and product within 30 days. If it's later than 30 days our shipping provider will no longer provide shipping insurance and we would be unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.  Orders for panel kits, floor kits, and other fabricated goods are non-refundable and non-returnable. Cancellations to the order will not be allowed once the kit has been cut or material ordered. Any changes to the order color or length after the order is placed may incur extra charges and all work on the item will be paused until a resolution is made. 

The buyer assumes full responsibility for installing all components according to the included instructions and acknowledges that basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools are required for installation. Any deviation from the stated instructions will void any product warranty. If the buyer is not capable of proper installation, the buyer will seek the help of a qualified expert.

Need to Change Your Order?

You may change the details of your order or cancel your order within 1 hour following your purchase by emailing sales@alpinevanworks.com.

We strive to ship orders swiftly and efficiently; once placed, orders are immediately transferred to our shop. Accordingly, we may be unable to cancel orders more than 1 hour after an order is placed. Items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our 30 Day Return Policy. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
