More sleeping space. Less rooftop compromise.

A revolutionary 150 lb carbon-fiber roof-top tent engineered specifically for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. Its insulated structural shells, self-organizing fabric, and clean interior access create a true four-season sleeping system without the bulk and complexity of a conventional roof-top tent.

At under 135 lbs, this is the world's lightest full-size rooftop tent, featuring aerodynamic design, integrated insulation, and solar-ready construction for year-round adventure.  We are one of five PREMIER Suppliers/Installers!

Insulated fabric and shell system

Strong like a structure. Light like a core.

Strong like a structure. Light like a core.

Both the top and bottom shells use carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer face sheets bonded around a closed-cell PMI structural foam core. The carbon skins carry tension and compression, while the lightweight core keeps those skins separated, stabilizes them against buckling, and carries shear through the panel.

Separating the carbon skins dramatically increases bending stiffness without requiring a heavy solid laminate. The closed-cell PMI core also interrupts heat flow through the shell, helping the roof and sleeping platform act as a thermal barrier as well as a structural enclosure.

Stitched all around. Engineered to tighten when wet.

Stitched all around. Engineered to tighten when wet.

The tent fabric is continuously stitched around its perimeter. Its clean exterior does not depend on an exposed, applied seam-sealant bead. RoamLabX SEAL Stitch Technology uses a water-swellable corespun thread: a strong polyester core is wrapped with absorbent fibers that expand when exposed to water, helping fill the needle holes and tighten the seam path.

Because the sealing action is integrated into the stitching itself, there is no conventional exterior seam-sealant bead to dry out, crack, peel, or separate over time. This removes a common long-term maintenance and leakage concern associated with surface-applied seam treatments.

An anti-wicking thread construction also helps limit capillary water travel along the seam. The result is a clean-looking stitched assembly designed for durable weather resistance and long service life.

The fabric knows where to go.

The support and fabric-management structure is integrated inside the tent body, so opening and closing do not become a wrestling match with loose, wrinkled material.

Give it a gentle push.

The assisted structure lifts and guides the tent into its deployed shape with minimal effort.

Fabric settles in place.

Integrated tension and hidden organization features position the sidewalls cleanly instead of leaving folds to sort by hand.

Pull down and lock.

Lower the top shell; the fabric organizes inward as the tent closes. Secure the two locking straps and you are ready to travel.

Nothing loose. Nothing messy.

Nothing loose. Nothing messy.

Instead of stopping to tuck loose walls around the perimeter, the concealed structure guides the fabric inward during closure. The system is designed for a simple sequence: pull the top down, confirm the fabric is contained, and lock the shell.

Two independent locking straps: Each strap is rated to 150 lb, providing two secure closure points for travel.

One-person operation: Gentle assisted deployment and a straightforward pull-down closing motion.
