Returns
If you wish to return a product, you must request a return authorization by emailing at productinfo@shadowmarq.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
Once your return request is received, they will review it and notify you if it has been approved. Please note that if your return is accepted, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Exchanges
They do not offer exchanges unless the product you received is incorrect or damaged. If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, please contact them at productinfo@shadowmarq.com within 7 days of receiving your order. They will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the correct or replacement product as quickly as possible.
