This mattress is made out of high-density firm soy based foam with a Cotton cover. They soy based foam is a "Certi-PUR-US" Certified poly foam. CertiPUR-US certified mattresses do not contain dangerous chemicals, heavy metals, or ozone depleters, and are tested and approved for durability and performance.
