The C4 Fabrication Fuel Tank Skid Plate for the 6th Gen 4Runner is designed to provide critical protection to your fuel tank when off-road. This skid plate shields the fuel tank from rocks, trail debris, and hard impacts encountered on rough terrain.
Constructed from heavy-duty 3/16″ P&O steel plate, the skid mounts directly to the vehicle’s frame for superior strength and impact resistance compared to factory protection. A solid bottom plate delivers maximum coverage where it matters most, while integrated side archways allow water, mud, and debris to drain out to prevent buildup during harsh trail conditions.
The skid plate features a 100% bolt-on design and includes all required mounting hardware, making installation straightforward with no cutting or modification required. For corrosion protection, the skid must be painted or powder coated prior to installation unless the optional powder coat finish is selected.
